New salon open in Hartlepool offering a variety of different hair and beauty treatments. Rebecca Railton, the owner, is just 19 years old and after a lot of opinions on the new church street she was more than happy to open a new business on the street to try to contribute to bringing it back to life! Rebecca Railton studios is now open in 77 Church Street (TS24 7ND)
