NEW YEAR BIN COLLECTIONS Bin collections across hartlepool will be delayed by a day due to New Year for the week beginning 31st December 2018 (i.e. if your usual collection day is Tuesday, your revised collection day will be a Wednesday) Please ensure your bin is presented for 7.30am on the day of collection. Normal collections will resume from 7th January 2019.
