Off road bike seized from Sinclair road A black silver and gold pit bike which has been causing nuisance and anti social behavior in the Owton Manor and Rift House area of Hartlepool has been seized by officers this evening. It is illegal to ride these bikes in a public place or public highway as they are not road worthy. The hard work will continue to eliminate this problem. So please if you or your family witness any off road bikes across the town please report them, call 101.
