On Thursday 29th November, Neighbourhood officers, on cycle patrol, spotted a wanted person, driving an uninsured vehicle, and alerted their colleagues. The vehicle was subsequently found in the centre of Hartlepool, with the driver still in the vehicle. The male was found to be wanted for a suspected fraud offence, he was also suspected of driving without insurance. The vehicle was seized and removed from the road.
