OXFORD ROAD UPDATE A man has been charged with murder after the death of Kelly Franklin. 30yearold Torbjorn Kettlewell (also known as Ian Kettlewell) of Oval Grange in Hartlepool has been charged with murder and possession of a bladed article. He is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court on August 6. A 48yearold woman has been released on conditional bail while enquiries continue. comments that could be seen to affect a trial will be removed
