OXFORD ROAD UPDATE Police are at the scene of an ongoing incident in Hartlepool. Officers were called to Oxford Road in the town just after 9pm on Friday 3rd August where a woman was found with serious injuries. She was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. Enquiries are ongoing into the circumstances of the incident and the road is expected to remain closed for some time.
