Parents are reminded that the deadline for applying for hometoschool transport beginning in September is June 28th. Forms which were sent out in April, should be completed and returned to the Councils Passenger Transport Services team . Anyone requiring a form should call (01429) 523695 or email passengerts@hartlepool.gov.uk Secondary school students living more than three miles from their nearest school, primary school children living more than two miles away from their nearest schoool and some families on low incomes may be eligible for assistance.
