PCSOs continued presence in the Burbank area of Hartlepool to address the problem of nuisance motorcycles paid off today (3rd June) when the scooter pictured below was seized from a youth on the estate. And in a double whammy for the unfortunate teen, checks revealed that it had been stolen a few days earlier and he is now facing questions on how it came to be in his possession.
