People in Hartlepool can now access GP services until 8.00pm on weekdays and up to 5.00pm on weekend - Monday 31 July 2017

People in Hartlepool can now access GP services until 8.00pm on weekdays and up to 5.00pm on weekends and bank holidays in addition to 24 hour urgent care services at North Tees and Hartlepool hospitals. The Hartlepool extended access GP centre is Chadwick Practice, One Life Centre, Hartlepool The evening and weekend appointments are available to everyone registered with a GP in Hartlepool and patients can book an appointment by contacting their GP practice or NHS 111. The service will be open during the following hours Monday to Friday Evenings All locations 6.30pm 8.00pm Saturday Chadwick Practice, One Life Centre, Hartlepool 10.00am 1.00pm Sunday Chadwick Practice, One Life Centre, Hartlepool 11.00am 1.00pm
