Please be aware that Community Hub Central, Community Hub South and all Hartlepool libraries will close at 3pm today due to the adverse weather conditions. Community Hub Central, Community Hub South, Throston Grange and Seaton Carew will open at the later time of 10.30am tomorrow morning (Thursday 1 March). Community Hub North (West View Advice and Resource Centre, Miers Avenue) is open as normal.
