Please be aware that Community Hub Central and all Hartlepool Council libraries will once again close at 3pm today due to the adverse weather conditions. Community Hub Central, Throston Grange, Seaton Carew and the library at Community Hub South will open at the later time of 10.30am tomorrow morning (Friday 2 March). Community Hub North (West View Advice and Resource Centre, Miers Avenue) is open as normal.
