Scott Fletcher was just 27 years old when he was first reported missing and was last seen May 2011 on the A181 at Wheatley Hill in Durham. Four years after that, detectives announced that Scotts disappearance would be treated as a murder inquiry even though his body was still missing. We spoke to his mother Julie Fletcher.
