Police are still trying to locate 43 year old Paul Cuniff who was last seen in Hartlepool at 9.30am yesterday and who was reported missing yesterday evening. Paul is described as extremely vulnerable and police and family are very concerned for his welfare. Paul has links to many areas in the northeast and we would appeal to anyone who has seen him to get in touch. Please contact Cleveland Police via the 101 number if you have any information. MISSING PLEASE SHARERETWEET Missing Hartlepool Man Paul Cuniff Police are concerned for missing 43 yearold Paul Cuniff who has not been seen since 9.30am today and was reported missing at 8.10pm this evening. He last posted on Facebook around 11.30am today with a picture of a noose after he found out some bad news. He often visits the Hartlepool Marina and Seaton areas and is currently in a distressed state. He has a tattoo on the middle of his neck Savannah and his name Paul on his hand and also has several other tattoos. He often wears tracksuit bottoms. If anyone sees him they are asked to contact Police on 101.
