Police have recovered over 200 cannabis plants from an address in Hartlepool, thought to be worth ar

Police have recovered over 200 cannabis plants from an address in Hartlepool, thought to be worth around 168,000. The haul came in the early hours of this morning following a report of suspicious activity at the premises on Lancaster Road. Two men aged 34 and 53 were arrested on suspicion of production of a class B drug. They remain in police custody at this time. Detective Constable Mark Coverdale, from Cleveland Police Community Drugs Enforcement Team, said Officers arrived at a property on Lancaster Road and were able to arrest two males at the scene after discovering a cannabis farm worth around 168,000.
