Residents, relatives and staff from Elwick Grange Care Home in Hartlepool were amongst those who participated in the Move a Memory Mile Walk in Ward Jackson Park. Organised as part of Dementia Awareness Week and run by staff from Hartlepool Borough Councils Sport and Recreation Service, the walk was a treasurehunt style challenge with the aim of promoting the benefits of physical exercise in relation to dementia.
