RIFT HOUSE UPDATE... Rift House Primary School Fire, 13 year old Released From Custody The 13 year old boy arrested and questioned this morning in connection with the fire at Rift House Primary School in Hartlepool has been released from custody with no bail conditions. The inquiry is ongoing and anyone with information who has not yet spoken to police is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101.
