RUGBY STREET UPDATE Police have been in the Rubgy Street area of Hartlepool after being contacted by ambulance service colleagues at around 7.30pm this evening. They had attended the area following reports that a man had been assaulted and injured. The mans injuries are not currently believed to be life threatening and officers remain on scene to conduct inquiries into the circumstances behind this incident. Anyone with information is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101 in confidence.
