Hartlepool RNLI  Coastguards were called at around 17.10 today following a r

SEATON CAREW UPDATE... Hartlepool RNLI Coastguards were called at around 17.10 today following a request by Humber Coastguard to help four people from the sea after they had fallen off a jet ski and to help another person who had swam out to help but had been unable to return to the beach. The four people were recovered and were suffering with cold and shock, they got taken back to the lifeboat station where they received first aid attention from the lifeboat station doctor, and paramedics. One of the casualties was taken to hospital by ambulance and two other casualties were transferred to hospital by Hartlepool Coastguard for further treatment. The fourth casualty who had swam out to the incident was allowed to return home from the lifeboat station.
