Serious Collision, Skelton Street The 46 year old man arrested in connection with a serious collision on Skelton Street (Hartlepool) yesterday afternoon has been questioned and released from custody with no bail conditions. Inquiries into the collision are ongoing and the 11 year old girl who sustained serious head injuries remains in James Cook University Hospital in a poorly condition.
