Straight out the blocks this morning for the road policing crews with a report of a male slumped over the wheel of a vehicle in Bishop Cuthbert. The details of the vehicle passed by the caller matched those of one stolen a few days ago from the Hartlepool area. Officers arrived to find the male sat in the drivers seat and now hes in a different seat, in a cell.
