Suspected Heroin Recovered and Two Arrests Made During Days of Action in Hartlepool!! Today, Wednesday 31st July, the Hartlepool Neighbourhood Police Team carried out two drugs warrants at an address on Cornwall Street in the Burn Valley ward of Hartlepool. No illegal drugs were located today, however, a 50yearold woman was arrested on suspicion of breach of a court order. The action today follows a drugs warrant executed on Eton Street yesterday, Tuesday 30th July, whereby a 51yearold woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class A drugs. She has since been released under investigation pending further enquiries. A quantity of suspected heroin, estimated to be worth between 4,000 5,000 was recovered from the address on Eton Street. Sergeant Adrian Dack, from Hartlepool Community Safety Team, said Weve taken action over two days and have recovered suspected drugs and arrested two people. This action forms part of Operation Phoenix which is taking place over the summer months. We will continue with this action to target suspected offenders and take drugs off the streets of Hartlepool.
