The below quad bike was stopped today by officers after being seen near the Beach in Blackhall. The rider has been issued a Traffic 183 Warning Notice with another to be issued to his friend this evening. If this vehicle is seen again on public land, it can be seized. Off road bikes and quads are the current PACT problem in the Blackhall area. Please report any offroad bikes or quads information can be given anonymously to help us deal with this nuisance.
