The Friends of Rossmere have a Halloween walk in Rossmere park on the 3rd of November. 530pm to 730pm. The event will be free admission and there will be a UV torch available for loan per family (2 refundable deposit for the UV torch). There will also be a Night time Rock Hunt for rocks painted with paint that floureces under UV light, the rocks will be numbered and on return to the event Gazebo if you are lucky you may win a prize.
