The Mayor of Hartlepool Councillor Paul Beck was delighted to welcome the High Sheriff of County Durham Mrs Caroline Peacock and her husband Jonathan to the Centre For Independent Living today. Mrs Peacock who was presented with a painting by centre user Linda Powell during her visit said The range of activities at the centre is very impressive and the standard of the facilities is exceptional.
