The westbound Aldi Stand B bus stop on Hart Lane has been suspended from Saturday 8 September 2018, for around 8 days, owing to gas mains replacement works with temporary traffic signals in place. During this period, passengers for Stagecoach services 3 and 3A to Bishop Cuthbert, and Pauls Travel service 65 to Elwick, should instead use the stops on either side in Hart Lane, at Hart Avenue Stand B or Tesco express Stand A. The Stagecoach service 3 school time journeys via Dunston Road will also stop around the corner, at Aldi Stand C.
