This ropeylooking van was pulled over in Hartlepool, and driver was found to be a nonlicence holder and had no insurance. He also smelt strongly of cannabis, and went on to provide a positive sample of saliva, winning him a trip to the police station. He has been reported for all offences and was released from custody pending blood analysis results Pic Cleveland and Durham RPU
