Tonight Hartlepool Borough Council is up for two national Constructing Excellence awards, nominated in the Civil Engineering Project of the Year category for the Hartlepool Town Wall project in partnership with Seymour Civil Engineering Ltd and the Value Award category for the Centre for Independent Living.
