Traffic lights at the Hart LaneWiltshire WayTarnston Road junction have been upgraded with the introduction of a new right turn filter to cater for traffic heading into Hartlepool along Hart Lane and seeking to turn right into Tarnston Road. Rightturning motorists are now being urged to wait for the green arrrow to ensure the smooth and safe operation of the junction httpsbit.ly2sA0x0L
