Two Boys Charged Following Alleged Robbery in Hartlepool Two 17-year-old boys from the Hartlepool area have been charged with robbery, possession of a class B drug, possession of a class A drug and criminal damage following an alleged incident at the Premier Store on Cornwall Street, Hartlepool, at around 9.40pm on Sunday 2nd April. Both will appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today, Tuesday 4th April. A 17-year-old girl was arrested on suspicion of theft and she has been bailed pending further enquiries.
