Two more Closure Orders have been secured on flats at Wynyard Mews in Hartlepool, bringing the total to five in just eight months. They were obtained by Hartlepool Borough Council on behalf of the Hartlepool Community Safety Team and are part of an ongoing clampdown on organised drugs activity and antisocial behaviour. httpsbit.ly2ELvbdL
