Update on Death of Michael Phillips, Rydal Street, Hartlepool Man Charged A Hartlepool man arrested in connection with an incident in Rydal Street, Hartlepool on Monday after which 39 year old Michael Phillips sadly died, has this evening been charged with murder. The 44 year old was also charged with burglary with intent to commit grievous bodily harm, and with actual bodily harm. He has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court tomorrow, Friday 14th June.
