Pet owners of West view area beware.

WARNING DOG ATTACK! Pet owners of West view area beware. On Sunday 30th September 2018 a little Yorkshire terrior was viciously attacked by a brown staffie type dog near west view cemetery. The staffie type dog wasnt secure on a proper dog lead it was on a very long bit of thin ropewashing line and it took 3 people to get it off the Yorkshire terrier. The terrier was rushed to the emergency vets and relevant authorities were contacted but unable to do anything about the situation. Reports suggest the owner no longer has the dog so we are unsure on its current location. The Yorkshire terrier has received emergency treatment and had wounds stitched up but may still require an operation and further treatment.
