Weve had a question on Twitter as part of our #saferhartlepool web chat about low level antisocial behaviour on the Headland and where people should report these type of incidents. Incidents of this nature should be reported to the new #Hartlepool Community Safety Team. The team can be contacted on (01429) 523100.
