What a wonderful Town we live in. We have just been informed by a reliable source that Hartlepool Borough Council have been in touch and are going against protocol, they are reportedly going to fly their flag at half mast for Bradley Lowery from Monday. These flags are normally only supposed to fly at half mast for dignitaries or royals etc. A fitting tribute from our council at this sad time..
