Work to repair a popular paddling pool in Hartlepool will start today so that it can open for the school summer holidays. It comes after the paddling pool at Hartlepools historic Headland area was damaged by the extreme weather experienced during Februarys Beast from the East. The Headland Block Sands paddling pool is due to open on Friday 20th July.
