Thanks to Hartlepool Town Hall Theatre we have TWO pairs of tickets to give away! The festival kicks off with fun, frolics and a specialist steampunk market selling fashions, art and accessories followed by a Steampunk Cabaret with a fabulous lineup centred in the Borough Hall.
