Following on from the recent resignation of Paul Thompson from the Seaton Ward, Putting Hartlepool First is delighted to announce our candidate in the forthcoming byelection is independently minded Leisa Smith . It is now confirmed that this byelection will take place on 19 October. Leisa is a lifelong Seaton Resident and owns a popular Seaton business on Elizabeth Way. We are confident that Leisa will continue to challenge the current administration, in the same vein that Paul became so well known for.
