Nurse 1 MP 1.4 The Queen 8 Hartlepools Labour councillors 31 When you pay your council tax (3rd highest in the country), and then pay to dump rubbish at the tip, and then pay to park outside your own house in the form of a permit... do you get sick of the Council Leader Christopher AkersBelcher telling you its because of government cuts? He voted to give himself a 31 rise in his councillors allowance. An increase 31 times bigger than nurses and fire fighters got. Scandalous.
