A trio of Pools stars visited residents at a local nursing home and took part in a Memory Walk earlier this week... Jonathan Franks, Scott Harrison and Lewis Hawkins called in on a nursing home in the town this week to visit residents and join in on a Memory Walk for the Alzheimers Society.
