Hartlepool United Community Sports Foundation have received funding from Hays Travel Foundation to allow them to support Young Carers in Hartlepool.... In yet another honour for our Community Sports Foundation, last week we received confirmation from Hays Travel Foundation that our application for funding to work with Young Carers in Hartlepool has been successful.
