Hartlepool United Community Sports Foundation have today launched their #iwill put the heart back into Hartlepool campaign, working with 4 local secondary schools. Knowing the passion of the people of Hartlepool for our town, and the inspiring, motivated and exceptional young people in our midst, HUCSF are today excited to launch the #iwill put the heart back into Hartlepool campaign.
