What a lovely moment! Four players have called in to see former Pools star Joe Rayment and collect a donation raised by him and other residents at Sheraton Court care home... A quartet of Pools players made a visit to a care home in the town on Thursday afternoon to surprise former star Joe Rayment and collect a donation to the Club.
